2. Hosting
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Technical server logs may be processed when the website is accessed, including IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer, browser and operating system, in order to provide the website securely and reliably.
3. Technically necessary session
A technically necessary PHP session is used to secure the contact form, in particular for CSRF and abuse protection. It is not intended for advertising or audience measurement.
4. Contact form
If you contact us via the form, we process the information you provide in order to handle your enquiry and prepare or perform a potential stay. Enquiries are routed according to the selected location. General accommodation enquiries and Mendig enquiries are sent to mail@monties-hotels.de; Ochtendung enquiries and enquiries for the Monties Lounge & Conference Center are additionally sent to ochtendung@monties-hotels.de. Data is deleted when no longer required, subject to statutory retention obligations.
5. Protection against spam and automated submissions
The form uses several technical safeguards: CSRF protection, a hidden honeypot field, a minimum completion time, server-side validation, session-based attempt limits and a short-lived IP-based rate limit. For the rate limit, the IP address is not stored in plain text but transformed into a hash and retained only temporarily for abuse prevention.
6. Cloudflare Turnstile
We use Cloudflare Turnstile, a security service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., to protect the contact form. Turnstile helps distinguish automated or abusive submissions from legitimate enquiries. For this purpose, technically necessary connection, browser and device information may be transmitted to and processed by Cloudflare. 7. No analytics or marketing
This version does not include web analytics, marketing cookies, Google Maps or externally hosted web fonts. Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded solely to secure the contact form.
8. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
